As the alternative to obtaining a conventional deposit from the tenant, take no deposit whilst guaranteeing up to 6 weeks rent as security against any potential claim made against a tenant at the end of the tenancy.  Please see below the key benefits:

  • Tenants pay a Nil Deposit service charge which is a significantly less than the standard deposit
  • The providers service manager will make payments to you up to a maximum of 6 weeks’ rent relating to breaches of the tenancy agreement and will make separate arrangements with the tenant in respect of these charges
